On This Rock Apologetics is a site dedicated to explaining and defending the Catholic faith. So much of the internet is filled anti Christian pages, memes, and videos that serve to cut down the Church and empty pews on Sunday mornings. And what’s worse? It’s working. It’s easier to destroy than to create. And it can take chapters to mend what a single lie can destroy.

It is my hope that this page will help defend the truth and beauty that Jesus Christ established in the Catholic faith.

I am a newly married, recent college graduate. I’m a farm boy turned electrical engineer. I was second of six children, all homeschooled by my mother. But above all, I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

I am passionate about growing in knowledge of my Catholic faith. You can often find me with a book in one hand and a warm mug of coffee in the other. I love learning about how to explain and defend my faith to people of all creeds and backgrounds. It is my hope that I will be able to share my faith with others through this blog, allowing others a glimpse of the riches I have found in the Church.
